These terms govern your participation in UrbanFox. By accessing the experience, you agree to the following guidelines and service conditions.

Your safety and the respect of the local environment are paramount.

Awareness: Stay alert and aware of your surroundings at all times.
No Trespassing: Never enter private property, restricted zones, closed areas, or staff-only spaces unless clearly authorized.
No Physical Risks: Do not climb structures, barriers, fences, artworks, or any unsafe surfaces to solve clues. No part of the experience requires taking physical risks.
Responsible Play: If an action feels unsafe, do not proceed. Always prioritize personal safety over completing a task.

UrbanFox is designed for adults and mixed-age groups.

Minors: Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Responsibility: Parents, guardians, or supervising adults are solely responsible for the safety and conduct of minors in their group.

Activation: Access is provided via code, activation link, or a similar digital method.
Single Team Use: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each purchase or activation is valid for one team only.
Non-Transferable: Access must not be shared beyond the intended team. Codes may not be resold, copied, distributed, or used for unauthorized group access.
Limits: We reserve the right to set expiry periods, usage limits, or activation caps on all access codes.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel access if we reasonably believe misuse or abuse has occurred.

Integrity: Do not interfere with the website, app, or gameplay systems.
No Cheating: Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboard results.
Content Standards: Do not submit or upload abusive, unlawful, harmful, misleading, or malicious content/files.

While we strive for a seamless experience, please note:

General Nature: The service may occasionally contain errors, interruptions, technical delays, or inaccurate information.
Updates: We may change, suspend, withdraw, or update any part of the service (including clues and locations) at any time to improve the experience or respond to local changes.
