2. Age & Supervision

UrbanFox is designed for adults and mixed-age groups.

• Minors: Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Responsibility: Parents, guardians, or supervising adults are solely responsible for the safety and conduct of minors in their group.

3. Access Codes & Team Use

• Activation: Access is provided via code, activation link, or a similar digital method.
• Single Team Use: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each purchase or activation is valid for one team only.
• Non-Transferable: Access must not be shared beyond the intended team. Codes may not be resold, copied, distributed, or used for unauthorized group access.
• Limits: We reserve the right to set expiry periods, usage limits, or activation caps on all access codes.

• Engagement: Using the website/web app to begin gameplay or progressing through clues.
• User Choice: Deciding not to continue, failing to finish, or personal scheduling conflicts.

• Technical Constraints: Issues with your specific device, battery life, mobile data, or connectivity (provided our service is otherwise operational).
